Contracts Administrator I
GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced remote Contract Administration I. The candidate will support GAMA-1's growing business in a remote environment. In particular, the successful candidate will support and report to GAMA-1's Sr. Contract Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities None
This position is remote but will have some in office meetings.
Essential functions/responsibilities

- Assist the Contracts department with contract and subcontract administration functions and duties relating to various types of federal government contracts, including Multiple Award Contracts, IDIQ Contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements, Master Purchase Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Consultant Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Perform contract and subcontract set-up in company systems for new awards and modifications.
- Maintain responsibility for ensuring contract and subcontract documents, including task order awards, modifications, invoices, kick-off meeting checklists, insurances, and other related documents are properly filed.
- Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, compiling, and submitting all contractual reporting requirements for assigned contracts and subcontracts.
- Work with internal and external clients to ensure reporting is accurate and complete.
- Ensure contract and subcontract data is current, accurate, and complete.
- Provide Business Development/pre-award support associated with proposal planning and post-award administration of contracts and subcontracts.
- Supports closing activities as needed.
- Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risk while working to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Reviews contract documents and correspondence as part of the analysis of incoming bid requests.
- Other similar professional duties may be assigned as needed
Information Security and Confidentiality Obligations
Ensure adherence to organizational information security policies and procedures; actively participate in mandatory security awareness training; and manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company protocols and data protection standards
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 4+ years of relevant experience required
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience administering/supporting IDIQ Contracts (MAS/GSA/GWAC Vehicles).
- 2 years of Subcontract Administration experience.
- 2 years of experience with contract closeouts.
- 2 years of experience with monitoring contract and subcontract deliverables.
- Previous government contract and subcontract administration experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, organization, and time management skills required
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, highly-motivated, and results-oriented is a must
- Must be able to work on many different projects at one time in a team environment
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) in using and developing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations are required
- Must be able to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be willing to support all aspects of Contract and Subcontract Administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services
- Understanding of cost accounting standards in federal contracts desired
- Basic understanding of Government acquisition regulations (FAR, DFAR, CAR, etc.) desired
Work environment
- This work is normally completed in a telework environment.
Physical demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations and client facilities.
